Welcome to my Performing Roller page. I've had Rollers for most of the 28 years I've been raising pigeons. Unfortunately for me right now, I have not been able to fly for about 2 years. I live at the base of some foothills and their are a ton of big trees right in my back yard, so you guessed it, "The Hawks". The last year that I flew, I breed 60 young birds and I ended up with 18. That was it for me. My wife and I are planning to move this comming summer and I will be able to fly again! I can't wait!
I have a few pair of birds from Don Ouellette. I'm actaully very lucky. He lives about 10 minutes from me and over the years we have become very good friends. I guess I have known Don for about 10 years and you will not find a more dedicated Roller guy.
I also found some white rollers that are not that bad. I've always liked pure white pigeons and these are the best white rollers I have been able to find. I have one cock that is pure white and has pretty good type. I am going to cross him onto a little red check hen from Ouellette and try and get some of that nice fast roll into them.
