Welcome to the National German Modena Club’s web site. The National German Modena Club was founded in 2005. German Modenas are a fairly new breed to the United States and are considered a rare breed. This club and web site have been put together to help promote the German Modena as well as to give us all a place where we can learn more about this energetic pigeon.

German Modenas are a great all around pigeon that we're sure once more people are introduced to them will gain great popularity here in the United States. German Modenas are a nice compact pigeon, much smaller than the Standard Modena. From what we have learned about them they actually come in more colors than the Standard Modenas. Although here in the United States we only have a fraction of the colors at this time.
